When anxiety shows up, what is the first thing you reach for to calm down?

Ayo: Prayer. I always find solace in talking to God and just bearing my soul to Him.

When life feels loud and uncertain, what is one small ritual that reliably brings you back to yourself?

Ayo: The is a word “Dolce Far Niente” The sweetness of doing nothing. That's usually my go to. I just freeze time and take a walk or bask in the sun and breath. I do nothing and try to just stay in the moment and feel the wind blowing.

What part of your journey right now quietly scares you the most and why are you choosing to walk toward it anyway?

Ayo: The unknown or rather venturing into the unknown and trying to diversify my art and see what forms it may take. I don't let fear paralyze me so I move with hope no matter how scary it might be and trust it is very scary. I you always keep the Faith.

Is there one small travel habit a scent, a playlist, a ritual that instantly makes any place feel more like yours?

Ayo: Playing some Jazz music and just dancing slowly. It almost always feels like I'm levitating and the band is right there with me vibing to the tunes and the atmosphere is saturated with happiness.
